7-Day Easy Return

We want you to love your VORQ gear. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund.

 

7-Day Size Exchange

Need a different size? We offer a 7-day size exchange window starting from the date of delivery.

 

Conditions for Return & Exchange

Product must be unused and in original condition. Original packaging must be included. All tags must remain attached to the product.

 

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected by our team. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method after inspection is complete.

 

Exchange Availability

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size or item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.
